Terms & Conditions
Effective date: July 16, 2026
Welcome to Digital Onecore. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Digital Onecore (“we,” “us,” “our”), including our websites, automation systems, AI agents, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise using our Services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Who We Are
Digital Onecore is a digital services provider registered in the Netherlands.
- VAT ID: NL004815417B47
- Chamber of Commerce (KVK) Number: 90423976
- Contact: hello@digitalonecore.com
2. Our Services
Digital Onecore provides website design and development, automation systems, AI-powered agents (including voice, sales, scheduling, and reputation management agents), and related digital infrastructure, delivered under the subscription tiers described on our pricing page (Launch, Growth, and Enterprise, or any successor plans).
Specific deliverables, page counts, launch timelines, and features included vary by tier and are as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify features included in each tier, provided such changes do not materially reduce the value of an active subscription without notice.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment
- All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis via our payment processor, Stripe, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- By subscribing, you authorize Digital Onecore to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle.
- Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of Services until payment is received.
4. Minimum Commitment Periods
Certain plans carry a minimum commitment period (for example, 6 months on the Launch Tier, or 3 months on the Growth and Enterprise Tiers, as specified at checkout). During this period:
- You may not cancel the subscription without being liable for the remaining fees of the minimum term, except where cancellation is due to a material breach of these Terms by Digital Onecore.
- After the minimum commitment period ends, subscriptions continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
5. Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time by emailing hello@digitalonecore.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, or at the end of your minimum commitment period, whichever is later. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
6. Add-Ons
Additional automation workflows, AI agents, or features beyond what is included in your plan are available as paid add-ons at any time, billed separately or added to your existing subscription as agreed.
7. Launch Timelines
Estimated launch timelines (e.g., 1–3 days, 5–7 days, 7–14 days depending on tier) are good-faith estimates and depend on timely delivery of content, feedback, and access credentials from the Client. Delays caused by the Client may extend these timelines without liability to Digital Onecore.
8. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the final website, automation workflows, and related deliverables built specifically for their business for as long as the subscription remains active.
- Digital Onecore retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, templates, proprietary automation systems (including DocFlow and related smart systems), and any pre-existing intellectual property used to build the Client’s deliverables.
- Upon termination of the subscription, access to hosted websites, automations, and AI agents may be suspended or removed unless a separate migration or ownership transfer arrangement has been agreed in writing.
9. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g., domain, calendar, CRM credentials) required for Digital Onecore to deliver the Services. Digital Onecore is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (including but not limited to Stripe, calendar providers, SMS/email providers, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram). Digital Onecore is not responsible for outages, changes, or errors originating from these third-party platforms.
11. AI Agents & Automation Disclaimer
AI agents and automated workflows are designed to assist with communication, booking, and follow-up tasks. While built to perform reliably, Digital Onecore does not guarantee error-free operation at all times and recommends Clients periodically review automated communications and bookings for accuracy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Onecore’s total liability arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Digital Onecore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or misuses the Services (including for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
